Dr. Clair Schwendaman, a neonatologist at Medical City Dallas, was part of the team that helped save Jake and Josh Aron, twins born just 23 weeks into their mother's pregnancy in 2002.
But as technology improves, sometimes the questions for parents and doctors become more difficult. Dr. Schwendaman stopped by News 8 Daybreak to talk about the difficult ethical decisions for doctors who are providing care for babies born so prematurely.
