Bonnie and Whitney from Big Rich, Texas gave a shoutout for Get Amped, the 5K walk/race kicks off tonight and it's no coincidence that this event falls on National Spirit Day. Spirit Day was founded last year to bring attention to bullying after several gay teens committed suicide.
