Lancaster relief center to open; more cancellations at D/FW

LANCASTER - A central relief center is set to open at 10 a.m. in Lancaster.    

The center will allow people to stop by for help clearing debris and getting permits. It will also have clothes, hygiene kits and other critical resources available.

News 8 also confirmed there will be a fourth day of major delays at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. American Airlines expects to cancel about 300 flights today.
