Hazelnut Surprise
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 frozen banana (cut in slices)
- 1/2 pear
- 1/4 green apple
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup Hazelnut milk
DIRECTIONS
- Blend together in NutriBullet or another electric blender
The Big Mean Green
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lemon (juice only)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 pear
- 1 slice fresh pineapple (approx 1/2” thick)
- fill with water
