A New Jersey minister wants everyone in his church to stop using Facebook.

Rev. Cedric Miller says too many marriages are falling apart because spouses are rekindling old flames by using the social networking Web site to reconnect with people from their past.

The pastor is giving church elders until Sunday to log out for good, and he hopes others in his flock will follow.

A law firm has claimed that nearly one in five marriage filings now references Facebook, and the site is also being used as ammunition to prove things like adultery.

According to the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, 80 percent of divorce lawyers are getting evidence from social networking sites.

Divorce attorney Brandy Baxter-Thompson discussed the issue with News 8's Shelly Slater.
