Some brave shoppers are already waiting in line for Black Friday super sales.
At the Best Buy at Interstate 30 and Cockrell Hill Road, four tents greet customers as they walk in the store. Three of those tents were set up Sunday, five days before the store opens at midnight Friday for the sale.
Most of the early birds say they're trying to take advantage of big savings on big screen televisions.
This is the second year Denise Smith-Ladd has set up camp for Black Friday with her daughter and five grandchildren.
"I'll save $240 on an LED TV," Smith-Ladd said.
She also hopes to get a deal on a Blu-ray player.
So what does waiting in line do to her family's Thanksgiving plans?
"I'm not worried," Smith-Ladd said. "We'll just eat dinner at McDonalds or Panda Express."
