The Allen Eagle Stadium rivals a lot of college facilities, but the $60 million dollar, 18-thousand seat stadium will remain closed for the full 2014 season.  The district says engineers found significant problems that cannot be repaired quickly.  At issue:  cracks in the concrete and concerns about support structures on the concourse level.  The State Champion Allen Eagles will be forced to hold home football games in neighboring Plano.  The decision today raises a lot of questions.  Allen ISD Superintendent Dr. Lance Hindt joined Shelly Slater on News 8 at 4pm to talk about what’s next.
