Bomb threats at schools are unfortunately more common than you think. The majority of calls are hoaxes, but all bomb threats should be treated seriously.  School districts and local authorities handle these threats based on the information they have.  So who decides if students should be put on lockdown or evacuated?   The Carrollton Police Department Public Information Officer talked with News 8 about how they handled a bomb threat Tuesday morning at Hebron High School.
