A federal grand jury indicted former West EMS volunteer paramedic Bryce Reed on Tuesday.

The 31-year-old, who spoke publicly after the April 17 West fertilizer plant explosion, is accused of possessing bomb-making materials. Authorities have not publicly linked Reed to the blast.

Reed is due in federal court on Wednesday. Last week, his attorney said Reed denied the allegations and would enter a not guilty plea.
