Garland police need help identifying two masked men who robbed a Pizza Hut at gunpoint, ordering the employees to their knees while aiming guns at them.

At about 9 p.m. on New Years Eve, a pair of men wearing dark clothing, Chicago bulls hats and bandanas stormed into the restaurant in the 3700 block of Walnut Street. One jumped over the counter while the second corralled a customer and ordered him to the back of the restaurant.

One of the suspects forced the store manager to give him cash while the other kept his gun trained on the customer and employees in the back of the store. Department spokesman Joe Harn released the surveillance footage Monday afternoon in the hopes of identifying the suspects.

He said they fled in a dark colored sedan after the robbery. Harn did not say how much money the two men made off with. Anyone with information is asked to call the Garland Police Department at 972.205.2011.
