Amy Kushnir prepared this recipe for Hot Onion Souffle on News 8 Daybreak Saturday, December 29.


  • 1 cup finely chopped onion (or 12 - 16 ou. bag frozen, chopped onions - thawed, moisture removed and pat dry)
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Stir all together and transfer to shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20 min. or until golden brown on top.
  4. Serve warm with crackers or Pita chips.
