FORTWORTH - A car could be seen with its side in a ditch full of water near the site of a water main break at Alta Mere Drive just south of Interstate 30 in far west Fort Worth.

A water rescue was called after the car lost control, veering of the road and into a massive puddle of water. It is unclear if the water main break occurred as the driver drove over the area or before. Water could be seen nearly to the top of the car's passenger side window.

As frozen pipes begin the thaw, water main breaks near the roadways are a concern.

There is no word on the extent of the dirver's injuries.
