A string of aggravated burglaries throughout Fort Worth have police asking for the communities help in identifying the person responsible.

Starting January 3, five different insurance agencies and three Metro PCS stores were robbed by a person with a similar description, according to a release.

The suspect is a Hispanic male between 5-foot-5-inches and 5-foot-7-inches with a slender build in his mid 20s. He wears dark baggy pants, light colored tennis shoes and a hooded jacket that partially covers his face.

The suspect enters the business around 6 p.m to 7 p.m., pulls out a small dark-colored handgun and demands money. He speaks in both English and Spanish and may be using a white older model of a SUV type vehicle.

Other than the similarities in the targeted businesses, the suspect doesn't appear to be striking with any specificity. He's robbed a cluster in the city's south side near Worth Heights, two near Meacham Airport, another in the Ridglea Hills area and a final location in East Fort Worth at Interstate 30 and Meadowbrook drive.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call 911, to online to Tarrant County Crime Stoppers, or call them at 817-469-8477.
