NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A former Dallas Cowboy faces drunk driving charges following his arrest in Nashville early Thursday morning.
Court records show Cory Fleming, 42, posted bond shortly after being booked into the Davidson County Jail.
A police officer pulled Fleming over for driving without headlights around 1 a.m., police said. The officer conducted a field sobriety test when he noticed Fleming showing signs that he was intoxicated.
This is Fleming's second arrest for driving under the influence, according to court records. The prior arrest came in 2009.
Fleming played for the Dallas Cowboys in 1994 and 1995, during which the Cowboys won a Super Bowl title.
Court records list Fleming's first court appearance on August 21st.
