UPS and FedEx are still scrambling to deliver Christmas gifts that didn't make it under the tree in time. They tell us they should be caught up by the end of the week.

But for small businesses, it could take a lot longer to make things right.

Friday we had a Skype interview with Paul Baker, who owns an online toy store, called Store For Knowledge, based in Stephenville. He told us UPS' big problem in turning into a big headache.
