WASHINGTON There's been yet another very public oops moment for Texas Gov. Rick Perry as he considers another run for the White House.
It came during his address Saturday morning to the Faith and Freedom Coalition Conference in Washington D.C.
Our administration won't make one phone call to save our men and women in an embassy in Lebanon, but they'll sure monitor phone calls of 121 million Americans with one single judicial order, Perry said.
The Texas governor was apparently confusing Lebanon with Libya, where a U.S. ambassador and three others died not at an embassy but at a diplomatic mission in Benghazi last September.
You might remember that Perry's awkward stumble during a nationally-televised debate tainted his 2012 bid for the Republican presidential nomination.
