I have nothing good to say about Grown Ups, the latest formula film from Adam Sandler, about a group of boys reunited 30 years later with their families at the funeral of their childhood basketball coach.

Sandler, Chris Rock, Kevin James, Rob Schneider and David Spade, all act like cliches, as they spend a weekend with their families and it's painful to watch.

Grown Ups is rated a raunchy PG-13 and is directed with a sledgehammer and no subtlety by Dennis Dugan. He directs most of Sandler's films, and despite its earnestness for family and friends, this is a recycled comedy filled with bathroom humor, and is a waste of time.
