The Dallas Stars open their lockout-abbreviated 2013 NHL season at home on Saturday, January 19. They will take on the Phoenix Coyotes in a game at the American Airlines Center starting at 7 p.m.

The Stars travel to Minnesota the next night and to Detroit on Tuesday, January 22 for away games. They return to the AAC on Thursday the 24th to host the Chicago Black Hawks; the St. Louis Blues come to Dallas on Saturday, January 26 to round out the first week of hockey action.

The Stars have just six home games next month, including an afternoon tilt with the Calgary Flames on Sunday, February 17.

The schedule has Dallas at home for eight of their 12 games in March.

The regular season will draw to a close at home on Saturday, April 29 as the Stars host the Detroit Red Wings.
