FORT WORTH -- A parking lot outside the Cowgirl Hall of Fame in Fort Worth has sprouted vintage travel trailers; about 100 of them, hauled from as far away as Canada.

Sisters on the Fly have landed with their tiny aluminum shacks on wheels.

The phenomenon started in the late 1990s with two sisters on a fly fishing trip. Now there are more than 4,000 sisters as far away as New Zealand.

They give their trailers names like the 'Ima Mazed.' Most of the campers date from the 1950s or 60s, and have cowgirl or beach themes.

You can tour them Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. The cost is $40, and includes dinner from sister recipes prepared by Reata restaurant. A portion of the proceeds goes to support the Cowgirl Hall of Fame.
