DALLAS - In December 2005, then-Dallas Mayor Laura Miller led a groundbreaking ceremony as fireworks lit the sky above what is now the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.

The plan then involved three bridges over the Trinity River from famous Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava.

The reality nearly eight years later is a bit different than the vision. News 8's Monika Diaz has more.
