There are new reasons for kids to sign up for the service-learning program SLANT 45 , which is put on by the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Host Committee and the non-profit Big Thought.

Kids who send in plans for a service project by June 15 are entered for a chance to meet Jordin Sparks, and watch her sound check before her June 29 concert at the House of Blues.

Tarrant county kids who sign up could also win a behind-the-scenes tour ofthe TCUcampus and athletic facilities, plus a special meeting withhead football coach Gary Patterson and his team.

So far more than 5,000 kids have registered for SLANT 45.
