DALLAS - Welcome to our penthouse, said Greg Greene, a co-Developer of the Museum Tower. You're at the top of the world up here. Forty-two stories up.

With a 360 view of Dallas, the Museum Tower's penthouse is big - 9,000 square feet of luxury pushing a $20-million-plus price tag, depending on finish out.

There is a massive wow factor, Greene said. Imagine waking up to this every morning.

After seven years, co-developers Greg Greene and Lyle Burgin love sharing their vision, starting with the building's unique, elliptical shape.

We think it's a really dynamic form, we've even heard the word 'iconic' thrown around, Burgin said.

It is the tallest, purely-residential high rise around. And it's right across the street from the Woodall Rodgers Deck Park set to open in October. Museum Tower should be complete by the end of 2012.

With the arts district built up around our building, it will be that singular element that is really in the center of the arts district, Burgin said.

With personal elevators to each home, balconies overlooking Dallas and shared spaces like pools and lawns, this is the look of high-end living. The smallest spaces, 1700 square feet, go for around $1.35 million.

Of course, the higher you go, the pricier it gets.

Downtown is in a renaissance, Greene said. You have Uptown that's exciting, Victory, we see it as a triangle of activity. It's basically and entertainment and cultural playground.
