For many players, there is more to great offense and defense there's a little something called superstition. So what's working for the Rangers?

I've been doing a few things before the last two games so for sure, said shortstop Elvis Andrus. But when asked to share his ritual, he said: I can't; you have keep it to yourself.

Second baseman Ian Kinsler also has a set routine. To to the [batting] cage the same time.... get ready for the game at the same time... you know, stuff like that.

But designated hitter Michael Young is a little more laid-back about it all. I'm low-maintenance, he said. I worry about what's between the lines.
