DALLAS As we count down to Super Bowl XLV, North Texas has landed a major performer someone who is no stranger to the NFL championship.
Prince was the feature attraction for the Super Bowl halftime show three years ago. Now he is scheduled to perform a charity concert in downtown Dallas on February 4, the Friday before the big game.
He will be playing in an exclusive custom designed climate-controlled performance tent on the site of the former Reunion Arena, according to a news release from the Goss-Michael Foundation.
The foundation, which contributes to the Dallas arts community, will benefit from the proceeds. Tickets start at $1,500.
