DALLAS-- An arrest has been made in the May shooting death of an insurance salesman.
Joshua Tubbleville, 33, was shot inside his car in Oak Lawn on May 30. He died at a local hospital.
Police say Derrick Madison, 24, has been arrested and charged with murder. He's accused of robbing and shooting Tubbleville at the intersection of Oak Lawn and LemmonAvenues just before 6 a.m., before fleeing on foot.
Tubbleville hit a tree at a gas station after he was shot, causing him to lose control of his car. The two men are believed to have just left a restaurant, and police say they found food inside the car.
Madison's fingerprint was found inside the victim's apartment and on his car. Witness testimony and DNA on a baseball cap near the scene also linked the crime to Madison.
Madison was held on $500,000 bond at the Dallas County Jail.
