The teacher accused in the hit-and-run death of a six-year-old boy in Grand Prairie was indicted again Friday.

A grand jury indicted Tammy Lowe on Manslaughter and Failure to Stop and Render Aid charges. She remains free on bond.

The is the second indictment for Lowe after the original charges were dropped due to a technicality.

John Raidy was struck and killed in January and Lowe turned herself in several days later.

Lowe's attorney, Cameron Gray, said his client plans to proceed to jury trial in both cases and said the "press and public have rushed to judgment against Tammy without knowing all the facts." He said the full story has not been revealed out of respect for John Raidy's mother.
