The Social Network is one of those brilliant, perfect movies that defines a generation, in this case the life and times of Harvard student, Mark Zuckerberg, the awkward, anti-social, creator of Facebook.

Here is a movie that shows the creative process in the making, warts and all, and it's endlessly fascinating.

As Facebook quickly catches on, lawsuits and in-fighting become a daily part of the process and director David Fincher and screenwriter Aaron Sorkin sort it all out in brilliant detail.

And at the center of this remarkable film is the edgy, manic performance by Jesse Eisenberg as Zuckerberg. He's amazing in an Oscar-contending film that jumps off the screen.

The Social Network is rated a provocative PG-13 but feels like an R, and features a compelling performance by Justin Timberlake as the arrogant, controlling entrepreneur.

Movies this smart, this interesting, this well-crafted, are the rarest of the rare and a must see. Run to the theater to see The Social Network, because cinematic greatness is on full display.
