McKINNEY A Collin County jury on Wednesday found Ron Miller not guilty of making a terrorist threat.

Miller made headlines last year when Celina Elementary School staffers said he told them he had a gun.

Miller denies that, saying he just asked a 'what-if' question.

'I'm very truly sorry if I scared or frightened anyone; that was not my intention,' he said Wednesday. 'My intention was to make sure they were safe... that's it.'

Miller is a veteran paramedic and says the whole incident was blown out of proportion.
