Super Bowl XLV is just a week away, and North Texas is more decked out than ever to celebrate football fever.

The Omni Mandalay Hotel in Irving is getting ready to welcome the Green Bay Packers. Workers put up photos of the players today in the windows of the official NFC host hotel.

The AFC champion Pittsburgh Steelers will be staying at the Omni Hotel in downtown Fort Worth, and it will be wrapped in pictures on Sunday.

Even though the Dallas Convention Center hotel is still under construction, workers installed huge images of Steelers and Packers players along with the iconic Lombardi trophy on the side of the 23-story building.

Traffic is about to get a lot heavier around Dallas, Fort Worth and Arlington.

Not only will are more motorists anticipated during Super Bowl week, but there will also be more detours.

On Saturday near Cowboys Stadium, the lanes on the east side of Collins Street were closed. And part of Randol Mill Road is already closed.

The streets won't reopen until after the Super Bowl next Sunday.
