FORT WORTH -- The Como neighborhood will soon see something it hasn't had for quite a while -- new homes.

The City of Fort Worth has sold off more than three dozen foreclosed, vacant lots to Trinity Habitat for Humanity.

The non-profit plans to build 37 new, low-income homes, with the hope of drawing new residents to a neighborhood struggling to keep commercial development and crime at bay.
