For someone, really into Texas barbeque, it's the best job you could imagine.

Dallas blogger Daniel Vaughn has been named the Barbeque Editor for Texas Monthly Magazine, the bible of Texas barbeque. Vaughn quit his job as an architect to follow his passion.

He sat down for an interview with David Schechter in a segment we call "2 Chairs" to talk about why barbeque is so important in Texas.

His Top 5 BBQ spots in DFW, in no particular order, are: Mac's (Dallas), Pecan Lodge (Dallas), Lockhart Smokehouse (Dallas), Meshack's (Garland), Off the Bone (Forest Hills).
