Brandon Ivy of Caddo Mills was killed on Oct. 29 when he was hit by a pickup truck in front of his home while trying to rescue a stray dog. The eight year old was very involved in the Caddo Mills Youth Sports Association and his football team played in the league's championship game for eight and nine year olds over the weekend. Here Brandon's father, Brian Ivy, gives Brandon's teammate Jason Thomason a long hug after the game. Thomason wore Brandon's number in tribute.
