DALLAS — Former Dallas Stars player Karlis Skrastins was among the 43 people killed when a Russian jetliner carrying the Lokomotiv Yaroslavl hockey team crashed after takeoff Wednesday. Stars General Manager Joe Nieuwendyk spoke about the loss with Channel 8's Joe Trahan.
