FORT WORTH -- Chad Woollard scored two goals Saturday night, helping the Brahmas top the Killer Bees 4-1 in the Fort Worth Faceoff finale, capping the team's return to Cowtown.
Woollard's two goals move him into a tie for eighth on the CHL's all-time goal-scoring list with Sylvain Naud at 279.
Brendon Hodge scored his 12th goal of the season, and the eventual game-winner, 5:30 into the second period, and Dan Nicholls chipped in an empty-netter with just over two minutes remaining in regulation to seal the victory.
Texas netminder Mark Guggenberger returned to All-Star form Saturday night, stopping 26 of the Killer Bees' 27 shots. The Richfield, Minnesota native improved to 19-6-3 on the season.
The Brahmas return to their usual home, the NYTEX Sports Centre, on Friday for a game against the Missouri Mavericks.
