MANSFIELD - It's the final week of the girls' basketball season, and the Summit Lady Jaguars are one of four teams left playing for a 4A state championship.

Though the high school has only been open for a decade, the girls' basketball team is making their third appearance at state.

Guard Ashley Eli is the only player who was present for their last trip, when they won the 5A state title in 2009 over Houston Nimitz, who was led at the time by current Baylor standout Brittney Griner.

Now she and the Lady Jags look to prove that that game was no fluke.
