Judge combines Super Bowl XLV seating lawsuits

The legal clash over seating problems at Super Bowl XLV has gotten bigger.

A federal judge ruled that two class action lawsuits should be combined into one. A Dallas law firm represents some of the parties.

Football fans with tickets for additional seats were forced to stand, move or miss part of the Super Bowl. They want more reimbursement than the NFL and the Dallas Cowboys offered.
