There is a new lawsuit against Cowboy wide receiver Dez Bryant, according to a story published in the Boston Herald.

The newspaper says New York-based Endurance Capital Fund is suing Bryant because he borrowed $100,000 and has refused to repay the full amount.

The company apparently helps athletes and entertainers purchase luxury items like cars and yachts.

A statement from the company said it has reached out to everybody from Bryant's agent to his mortgage broker, but no one has come forward to repay it.

We are seeking comment on this story from the Dallas Cowboys.
