Rumors swirled a couple of months ago; now former Dallas Cowboys player Deion Sanders says he's getting divorced.
The NFL Hall of Famer released a statement to TMZ saying he and his wife Pilar are calling it quits after 12 years of marriage.
Sanders said they plan to "move on to the next phase of their induividual lives with mutual respect."
The couple has three children. Sanders also has two children from a previous marriage.
