DALLAS - Changes are soon coming for the Dallas Cowboys coaching staff.

ESPN.com confirmed the team is hiring two new coaches.

On the offense, the Cowboys picked up Bill Callahan from the New York Jets to replace Hudson Houck, who is retiring after nearly 30 years with the NFL.

The Cowboys are also hiring a defensive backs coach from the Cleveland Browns.
