America's Team will have a place atop the new World Trade Center.

Developers of the massive project have selected Legends Hospitality, a subsidiary of the Dallas Cowboys, to create and operate the building's observation deck.

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and his New Jersey counterpart Chris Christie made the announcement on Wednesday.

One World Trade Center is set to open next year as the tallest structure in the Western Hemisphere.

Legends Hospitality is developing 120,000 square feet on the top floors of the building. The facility is projected to collect $875 million in revenue over the 15-year lease period.

Cuomo and Christie urged the Port Authority Board of Commissioners to approve the agreement with Legends at its monthly meeting on Thursday.

Legends is jointly owned by the Cowboys, the New York Yankees and the Checketts Partners Investment Fund.
