KANSAS CITY — As expected, Cowboys defensive end Anthony Spencer will be active for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.

It will be his first game action of the season. Spencer has been recovering from left knee surgery on July 25.

Spencer saw limited action in practice this week and said Wednesday he was working with the second team. Expect him to see action in pass rush situations.

Here are the Cowboys' inactive players for this week: WR Cole Beasley, RB Joseph Randle, LB Ernie Sims, G David Arkin, T Darrion Weems, TE Andre Smith, and DE Ceasar Rayford.
