FORT WORTH - TCU is flying the Big 12 banner, and now it has put out the "help wanted" sign.

It needs hundreds of employees for events at its renovated Amon G. Carter Stadium.

Event company CSC is doing the hiring. It said it needs significantly more people to handle the crowds of 45,000. Last year, the stadium held 32,000 fans while under construction. If interested in applying for a job, please call CSC at 817-274-0881.

Contractors are also using a full force of workers. TCU Associate Athletic Director Ross Bailey said 450 men and women are working six days a week to get things complete on the $164 million upgrades.

He expects to have disaster drills and game day planning meetings on site in the next few weeks.

News 8 got a behind-the-scenes tour of some of the new features.

There are six founders' suites that were purchased for $15 million each, and provide a view of the field as elite as their price tag.

The football team just moved into its new locker room. Lockers have digital pass codes and high-definition televisions.

The training staff also wasn't forgotten, receiving new rehab tables and whirlpools.

TCU's first home game is September 8 against Grambling.
