MIAMI — There's one group of fans who have their fingers crossed more than anyone else when it comes to a Game 6 victory for the Mavericks: The wives of Dallas players.
Tyson Chandler's wife Kimberly told News 8 this is "the biggest day of his life" and she believes Sunday is the night the Mavs win it all.
She said she will be screaming louder than ever, knowing that her husband can silence all of his critics with a win that would give Dallas the NBA title.
"This is the goal: From youth 'til now, you play basketball, you make it to the NBA, God willing, and you play for that title," Kimberly Chandler said. "It's a blessing. It's emotional. It's exciting. And it's indescribable. It feels very surreal."
She also told us all of the families are cheering for teammate Jason Kidd; they want his career to end with a championship ring.
