24. Tennessee Titans - DT Devon Still (Penn State) -- OR MOYAL
Still may be my biggest pet cat in this draft. He's enormous, tremendously gifted and put together some huge games during this past year. The only things holding Still back: Questions about his injury issues in past years and a (subsequent) reputation as a one-year wonder. While these are fair, they make up a small price to pay for a potentially elite defensive tackle at this point of the draft.
It's easy to see Devon Still becoming one of this league's premier pass-rushing tackles. The Titans have shown an affinity for developing the skillset, and I believe that they'll take a good, hard look at this Nittany Lion.
