Garrett said from the first week of his becoming Head Coach -- 2 1/2 years ago -- there has been ongoing discussion involving team ownership and all the coaches about whether Garrett should be the playcaller. "I've never been a guy who is, 'Come hell or high water, I'm the playcaller.' That's not me."
