The Dallas Cowboys bolstered their offensive line with the addition of seven-year veteran guard Uche Nwaneri, who has played his entire career with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Nwaneri confirmed the acquisition on his twitter account Tuesday.

Nwaneri was a fifth-round pick by the Jaguars in 2007, and became a starter in 2008. He has missed just five starts since and has played in all but one game over that span.

The 30-year-old was born in Dallas, TX and went to Garland High School, according to his NFL.com player page. Details of the deal with Dallas are unknown at this time.

Guards Ronald Leary and Mackenzy Bernadeau are still on the Cowboys' roster, and first-round draft choice Zach Martin is expected to take over the starting right guard role.

Nwaneri will likely fill in the depth chart as a backup.
