Authorities in both Coppell and Lewisville are looking into two separate cases of possible drowning.

In Coppell, police and fire units were called at 4:19 p.m. to a home in the 100 block of Trinity Court, which was where 35-year-old Van Ha Stocco was found lying unresponsive near the pool of the home. She was pronounced dead at the Las Colinas Medical Center. No signs of trauma could be seen.

The location is the same home were Stocco's two children, ages three and one, were found drowned in the family pool last summer. An autopsy will be performed on Stocco to see if the drowning was intentional or an accident.

A second possible drowning was reported on Tuesday on Lewisville Lake.

Witnesses told police a person jumped into the water for a swim just before 7 p.m. and went under. Searchers haven't been able to find any sign of the person.
