DALLAS — Dallas police are investigating the hit-and-run death of a 26-year-old woman near White Rock Lake.

A DART bus driver called for help after seeing the victim's body on Ferguson Road at Forest Hollow Park just before midnight Tuesday. Police said she had apparently been struck by a vehicle.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators said they had no suspects.

The name of the victim was not released, pending notification of relatives.
