LEWISVILLE — Lewisville police said they have a suspect in the city's first homcide of 2008.

At 3 a.m. Saturday, Candelario Ojeda Deleon, 44, was found stabbed in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 300 block of North Cowan Avenue.

Paramedics rushed Deleon to Medical Center of Lewisville, where he died a short time later, police said.

Rutilio Corea Gonzalez, 36, was arrested and charged with murder. Police said he lived in the same apartment complex as the victim.

Gonzalez was being held in the Lewisville city jail awaiting arraignment.
