A Tarrant County grand jury has decided not to indict a driver charged with the deaths of a Wise County couple who were killed in a November traffic accident in North Fort Worth

Colton Frazier McGuffin, 22, of Haslet, was not injured in the accident that left dead Nora Bruce and her husband Jason Bruce.

The two were killed when Mr. McGuffin ran a stop light and slammed into the Bruce family’s SUV at Bonds Ranch Road and FM 156.  The couple’s two children and their niece were also injured.

Mr. McGuffin was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter.

Grand jurors have also declined to indict Mr. McGuffin on intoxication assault charges for the children’s injuries.
